Cooperative collaboration at UO

Urban Outfitters is doing so many collaborations these days it's hard to keep up! I was poking around the New Haven store the other day in search of some sandals (more on that later) and I found this adorable top by a label I didn't recognize, Cooperative.

I'm not entirely sure who the designers are (if anyone knows, please share!) but after looking at the rest of their stuff on UO I want it all, especially their fluttery skirts!
